With over 20 years of experience, I’ve climbed every rung of the operational ladder—from onsite management to executive oversight. I have personally managed 3,000+ units across every complex asset class: Luxury High-rises, Student Housing, HOA/Condos, and Affordable Housing (HUD, Tax Credit, Senior, and Family).
I am an Operational Mogul who understands the legislative landscape as well as the P&L. I’ve successfully navigated the labyrinth of COVID-19 restrictions, secured $3M+ in government rent relief, and ensured full compliance with SB 721 safety mandates. Most importantly, I’ve prevailed in high-stakes habitability matters—offering a 360-degree perspective from both the resident and operational defense side to protect my clients from litigation.

As a Licensed Broker and Certified Probate & Trust Specialist, I bring a level of legal and fiduciary precision that is rare. I’ve successfully closed $1.4M in transactions solo—handling everything from title searches to public record audits.
